Register for class

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ALL BELOW before you register.

1. Before you register make sure you have your Youth's OPRD ATV Safey Education Card. If you don't have one then visit rideATVoregon.org to get one.

2. When you register you will be asked to login or create an account in OSU's Extension Service System. You are required to have an account in order to register.

What does this mean? Youth riders can continue to operate on public lands as long as they have their online ATV safety education Certificate of Completion (Instruction Permit) containing their 11-digit card number and are being supervised by an adult (18 years or older) who is able to provide immediate assistance and direction to the youth rider. The Instruction Permit will be honored even if the permit has expired. Please keep the Instruction Permit with you at all times when riding.

Hands-on training classes will resume at a later date when it's deemed appropriate. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please check back as needed.

COVID REGISTRATION NOTICE: In order to serve youth and families during the pandemic, registration times will be staggered. Registration will be open first to county residents. It will open second to residents from counties that share borders. Finally, registration it will open to all counties. Please see the notice posted for each class.
